Our personalised naturopathy consultations are available face-to-face at our Katoomba, Blue Mountains clinic, or conveniently via Zoom Telehealth or phone consultation, depending on your preference. We will reach out  and confirm your preference.

During your consultation, we'll take the time to understand your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness goals to develop an individualised plan tailored to your needs. Whether you visit us in person or from the comfort of your own home, you'll receive the same professional, personalised care and support.
