Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully when purchasing from Essential Naturopathy.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
As our herbal preparations, teas, and custom products are prepared or supplied specifically for individual use, we are unable to resell returned items for safety, quality, and hygiene reasons.
If you have an issue with your order, including items that arrive damaged, faulty, or with compromised packaging (such as a broken seal), please contact us promptly via our contact form so we can assist you.
Shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders under this amount incur standard shipping fees, which are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Consultations are non-refundable once completed. A cancellation policy applies for late cancellations or non-attendance, as outlined in our FAQ section.

All products are intended for general wellbeing purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is received and are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock issues or pricing errors.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
- Express Shipping: $15.95 AUD
- Dispatch time: 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays. We are not responsible for delays once parcels have been lodged.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Re-shipping fees apply for returned parcels due to incorrect addresses.
Cancellations & Changes (Products)
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Naturopathy Consultations / Reiki Sessions
Consultations and energy healing sessions require advance booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged the full session fee
- Refunds are not provided for missed appointments
We understand that emergencies happen and will assess these on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Refunds
In line with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or replacements are provided where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened products.
