Reiki Practitioner | Patricia Freeman

Patricia Freeman is a qualified Reiki practitioner and a registered member of the Australian Reiki Connection. She has completed training in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki and continues to develop her practice within this traditional lineage.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive relaxation practice that supports calm, balance, and general wellbeing. Our face to face sessions are based in Katoomba NSW and our distance can be done over zoom. 

What to expect at your initial appointment:

Your first session includes a brief discussion to understand your intentions for the session. You will then be guided into a relaxed state while Reiki is performed, typically using light touch hand placement (unless otherwise specified). Sessions are quiet, supportive, and designed to allow time for rest and relaxation.

Clients often describe the experience as calming and grounding, with time to pause and reset in a peaceful environment.

Distant Reiki- what to expect?

Distant Reiki is an energy-based session conducted without the need to be physically present. You will be guided into a comfortable space where you can relax during the session time. Many people choose to rest, meditate, or simply lie down quietly. The experience is generally gentle and calming, and people often report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, or more at ease afterwards. You do not need to do anything specific during the session, and you may wish to set an intention beforehand or simply remain open to the experience.
