Essential Naturopathy offers free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. Orders under this amount incur standard shipping fees. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.95 Australia-wide.
We primarily use Australia Post for all orders, including Parcel Post for PO Box deliveries.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery timeframes are generally:
- Standard delivery: 1–6 business days (may vary by location)
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on Australia Post services)
Tracking details are provided within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
While we aim to process and ship orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post services and external factors.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Australia Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other carrier-related disruptions. Customers are responsible for tracking their own parcels using the provided tracking information.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $25 Delivery timeframes vary by destination but are generally 1–3 weeks or longer depending on customs processing.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns for international orders due to shipping and customs costs. Please ensure you check your local import regulations before purchasing.
In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional information or delay or refuse entry of parcels. We are not responsible for customs decisions or delays once a parcel has left Australia.
