Patricia is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, holistic counsellor, and energy healer, offering a truly integrated approach to health and wellbeing.

 Her work draws on multiple modalities to support healing on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.

Each session is tailored to the individual, combining evidence-informed natural health guidance with intuitive, holistic practices such as herbal medicine, nutritional support, energy healing, Reiki, and holistic counselling. The focus is always on understanding the whole person and addressing the underlying causes of imbalance, not just the symptoms.
