During this 15-minute session, we discuss your current symptoms or question and provide appropriate naturopathic guidance. Where relevant, this may include general dietary, lifestyle, supplement, or herbal support.
This option is best suited for simple concerns, quick check-ins, or clients requiring a short prescription-style consultation rather than a comprehensive assessment.
Consultations are available in-person at Waratah Holistic Health in Katoomba, NSW, or via Telehealth (Zoom).
For more complex or ongoing concerns, a longer naturopathic consultation may be more appropriate.
