Ingredients:
100% Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus)

Directions:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to one cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, strain and serve. Due to its naturally bitter flavour, a smaller amount may be preferred.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening to maintain freshness.
