Ingredients:
100% Organic Catnip / Catmint (Nepeta cataria)

Directions:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain before enjoying. May be enjoyed hot or chilled or blended with other herbal teas.
