Our Centaury Tea is prepared from carefully dried Centaurium erythraea, selected for its natural botanical quality and traditionally prepared as a herbal infusion.

Directions:
Add approximately 1–2 teaspoons to 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, strain and serve. Due to its naturally bitter flavour, a smaller amount may be preferred when first preparing.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening to maintain freshness.
